| APTT 46-70sec(>1.5-2.3×control value) | No change |
| APTT 71-90sec(>2.3-3×control value) | Decrease IV infusion rate by 2u/kg/hr |
| APTT >90sec(>3×control value) | Stop infusion for 1hr, then decrease IV infusion rate by 3u/kg/hr |
