| APTT 46-70sec（>1.5-2.3×control value） | No change |
| APTT 71-90sec（>2.3-3×control value） | Decrease IV infusion rate by 2u/kg/hr |
| APTT >90sec（>3×control value） | Stop infusion for 1hr, then decrease IV infusion rate by 3u/kg/hr |
