2009/09/03：中縣性侵累犯邱金村2007年假釋出獄，利用電子腳鐐只在夜間監控，白天強姦2少女，台中地院判8年2月。
2008/12/20：花蓮縣戀童癖性侵累犯劉漢華，2008年假釋後戴電子腳鐐，白天在離住家10公里遠山邊，猥褻8歲女童，是首例戴電子腳鐐犯案。
2005/01/14：因犯下多起性侵少女案件遭判處無期的董春旺，服刑13年後2002年假釋，同年6月性侵13歲少女。最高法院判刑14年定讞。
