維生素K2(Vitamin K2)有很多種形態,目前比較多使用的是MK-4(menaquinone-4)還有MK-7(menaquinone-7)
簡單來說,MK-4是來自動物,而MK-7是來自植物,但實際上並沒有這樣絕對。
目前MK-4多半都是直接合成,而MK-7是從納豆發酵取得。
不過日本那邊做了比較多關於MK-4的相關研究,而其他地區比較多的研究是MK-7
另外就實驗研究來看
MK-4的血清濃度為2小時,攝入後的MK-7為4小時。然而,儘管MK-4在約8小時內從血流中消失,但MK-7能夠在血流中保留約72小時。
以數據上來看MK-7確實是有服用上的優勢,但是臨床效果就需要更多的研究才會知道了
