精神科藥物為一刀兩刃，雖可治療疾病但若使用不當時也會造成藥物副作用出現。

對我來說，因為醫學資料庫太過龐大，所以搜尋工具對我來說很重要（好用的檔案搜尋軟體），在pc上面，一直倚賴的就是everything，有時候為了找內容，會用到copernic，但是對於蘋果來說，這些都不能用。

不過幸好蘋果有好用的spotlight（Spotlight 指令介紹），不過spotlight對於NTFS會有一點支援上的問題，所以我有衣部分資料還是放在HFS+的磁碟中，但是今天如果可以兼顧ntfs格式還有everything的快速搜尋同時又有spotlight的內容搜尋，那就是最好了。

Rolofylline，之前叫做MK-7418，是目前墨克開發中系列的一員（Anacetrapib、Taranabant、Deforolimus、Rolofylline、Odanacatib、Laropiprant），功能是用在急性心衰竭，在在PROTECT試驗中證實：靜注300mg/dL 的rolofylline能改善急性心衰
伴隨腎功不全者的心衰症狀，且使血肌酐水平下降。不過整體三期實驗在結果上並沒有想像中的理想，所以應該還會拖一陣子吧。

Preexisting chronic kidney disease and worsening renal function are common in patients hospitalized with acute heart failure and are associated with poor outcomes.1-5 Multiple factors are responsible for this association,3-5 including coexisting conditions, less use of effective therapies in patients with renal dysfunction than in patients without renal dysfunction, and inadequate treatment of volume overload because of a suboptimal response to diuretics or concern regarding diuretic toxicity.4,5

On October 8, 2010, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asked Abbott Laboratories to voluntarily withdraw from the U.S. market, its weight loss drug Meridia (sibutramine) because of clinical trial data indicating an increased risk of cardiovascular adverse events, including heart attack and stroke, in the studied population. Abbott has agreed to voluntarily stop marketing of Meridia in the United States.

October 8, 2010 — Abbott Laboratories has withdrawn the obesity drug sibutramine (Meridia) from the market in light of clinical trial data pointing to an increased risk for stroke and myocardial infarction, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced today.

對於藥師來說，雖然這看起來好像沒有關係，但其實卻是一定要知道的一個部分，尤其是想要做長照或是居家照護的藥師。

現在小孩不比從前，營養及生活習慣都大有不同，所以要正確評估小朋友應該有的身高跟體重，就有待衛生署做統計與評估了。
